Ghassan Yammine

*Founder and General Director of the “Ghassan Yammine School of Arts”, Lebanon

Ghassan studied singing with the international vocal coach, Arax Chekidjian. He graduated in piano, composition and musicology from USEK – Lebanon.

Also, he continued his higher studies in piano and composition at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris and studied drama at the Lebanese University (Faculty of Fine Arts).

Ghassan wrote and composed many famous songs. His videos on social media and platforms attract millions of views and streams from all over the world.

He has composed music for piano, for chamber orchestra, vocal music and music for various plays and presented concerts in France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Armenia and Lebanon… Many concerts are already scheduled for 2024-2025 all over the world.

He has given lectures in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Spain, Poland, Russia, Sweden and Lebanon.

Ghassan participated in juries for higher diplomas and competitions in France, Luxembourg, Poland, England, Belgium and Italy.

In 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2022 he was elected member of the board of directors of the French Federation of Artistic Education.

Since 2001, he has been a member of the European Association of Higher Conservatories.

Awards and Medals

At the age of 33, he received the National Order of the Cedar – Knight Grade (Lebanon).

At 36 years old, he received from the French Academy of Arts, Science and Literature the Gold Medal of Honor (France).

At the age of 39, he received the medal of the Presidency of the Republic (Lebanon).

Guillaume Vincent

He began studying piano at the age of 7 and gave his first concerts at the age of 10. He was noticed by François-René Duchable who led him to attend the Paris Conservatory, which he joined at the age of 13 in the class of Jacques Rouvier and Prisca Benoit. He continued his training with Jean-François Heisser and Marie-Josèphe Jude in piano and with Yves Henry in harmony. At 18, he received his Master degree in piano as well as his Harmony Prize. In June 2011, he also obtained his 3rd Cycle Performing Artist diploma. From 2018 to 2020, Guillaume was a student at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel of Belgium in Louie Lortie’s class. Then between 2020 and 2022, he studied with Avedis Kouyoumdjian at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna.

Guillaume is the winner of numerous prizes: Drouet-Bourgois Prize, First Prize in the Leipzig “Young Concert Artists” competition, Ravel Academy Prize and Prix des Mélomanes Côte Sud in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Third Grand Prize in the competition Marguerite Long – Jacques Thibaud, SACEM Prize, Lacroix Foundation Prize, and French National Orchestra Prize, First Prize in the Adelia Alieva competition and ADAMI Classical Revelation, Young Talents Prize, Safran Foundation Prize for Music, winner of the Banque Populaire Corporate Foundation. In 2014 he was named “Instrumental Soloist Revelation” at the Victoires de la Musique.

He has performed as a soloist on prestigious stages such as Suntory Hall in Tokyo, Carnegie Hall in New York, Barbican Hall in London, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Salle Pleyel and Salle Gaveau in Paris, the Palace of Arts in Budapest, the Qatar Opera House in Doha, the Simón Bolívar Hall in Caracas and St Martins-in-the-Fiels in London. In addition, he has collaborated with orchestras such as the Frankfurt Radio Orchestra, the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra, the Kanazawa Orchestral Ensemble, the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, the Bordeaux National Orchestra, the Lamoureux Orchestra, the Orchester National du Capitole de Toulouse, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra. These meetings allowed him to work with eminent conductors including Marc Minkowski, Tugan Sokhiev, Seikyo Kim, Fayçal Karoui, Olari Elts, Joshua Dos Santos, Arie Van Beek, and Joshua Weilerstein.

Guillaume is regularly invited by numerous festivals in France to perform solo and in chamber music. These include the Lille Pianos Festival, the Piano Jacobins Festival in Toulouse, the Chopin Festival in Paris, the Pianos en Valois Festival in Angoulême, the Easter Festival and the Musical August in Deauville, the International Piano Classical Festival in Biarritz, the Festival the Grands Crus Musicaux and the Spirit of the Piano in Bordeaux, the Printemps Musical de Saint-Cosme, the Nohant Chopin Festival, the Folle Journe de Nantes, the Roque d’Anthéron Festival…

Among his many chamber music partners, he regularly collaborates with Thomas Leleu, Brieuc Vourch, Laure-Hélène Michel, Tatiana Probst, Lucienne Renaudin Vary, Violaine Despeyroux, Adelaide Ferrière and the Ouranos ensemble.

In addition to his numerous recording collaborations, notably with Warner, Guillaume Vincent recorded two solo projects for the Naïve label: a double album with Rachmaninov’s Preludes released in November 2012 and “Black Liszt” in December 2019, around little-known works by Franz Liszt. Since 2019, Guillaume has been an associate artist at the Volcano, Scène nationale du Havre. He is also an associate artist in residence at the Singer-Polignac Foundation in Paris. Since 2023, he has been the only French pianist of his generation to offer a complete work of Serge Rachmaninov for piano.
